• Prepaid Orders: For cancelled or returned prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the transaction to appear in your account statement.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer on our website during the refund request process.
• Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
